Tyler has always wanted to be a part of a sports radio show. He has been studying away in school and recently started a internship for a local ESPN radio show. HE LOVES IT, and we LOVE listening to him. The girls were so proud of their daddy, they even came in the house to listen to him. I was in the kitchen making dinner and walked in to find the girls on their tummy listening to their daddy. They had the biggest smiles on their faces. They even got to hear their uncle Mike, which was pretty cool to them too. Great job honey, we love you so much.
I CAN"T STAND THE ICECREAM TRUCK/MAN, and I am sure you will all hear me say that for the rest of the summer. He comes around WAY TOO OFTEN!!! As soon as my girls hear it coming they run for the door. If we hear it first, the windows are quickly closed and the TV is turned up in hopes that they don't hear it. We have even gone as far as calling my brother and sister in-law who live across the street to warn them that the truck is in the area and vice vera. My girls have to earn icecream money throughout the week, which equals to be about 1 visit to the icecream truck a week. They still whine and scream for icecream each and everytime they hear it, but I am a MEAN MOM and say ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Well, the below picture is for grandma Olson. Here are 3 of her grandaughters, Avery, Adison and Maleea feeling VERY deprived, sitting on the curb watching all of the other kids getting their DAILY fix of icecream. (the reason I say this is for grandma Olson, is because she called to yell at me for my last post. So updating I will do.)
I am in a blogging SLUMP and have no desire to find my way out of it. Sorry to any faithful followers out there. I am great, Tyler is great and my girls are absolutely wonderful. Keeping me busy everyday and still saying the funniest things. Hope everyone else out there is doing great aswell.
We had so much fun at Disney on Ice. We went with Tylers whole family. The weather was terrible, but we had so much fun. The girls LOVED it. I had to keep Adisons ears covered the whole time though. The CARS were very loud and made her nervous. We love spending time with family.
We recently stayed in a hotel, which Avery considered to be the BEST hotel. I am sure it is the BEST because she got to swim with her cousins. They had so much fun. The pictures are proof of that. (thanks for the pictures Janille.)
My cute sister in law just returned home from serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She served for 18 mos. in the Sacramento, California mission. We missed her so much and are so glad she is finally home. We want her to know how proud we are of her and what an example she is to all of us. Especially my girls. They look up to her so much. We love you Amy.
Our family was started on October 24,2003,6 months after meeting through a mutual friend, surprisingly at a UVSC dance. We had our first daugher in October of 2004 and our second daughter in January of 2007. We love spending time as a family and are very blessed to have family close by in Utah and we are lucky enough to make a few trips to Michigan a year to visit with my family.
