It's OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can anyone tell a difference between any of these pictures? Adisons cast is finally off! After 5 weeks with it on, I was so excited to get it off. I actually walked into the doctors office with a smile of excitement. She cried pretty hard when they were cutting it off, but layed so still. There was so much grass on the inside of it, it was pretty funny. (I could not keep her inside with such nice weather, and she would not keep a sock over it, so it was pretty dirty). The doctor came in to check it and told me that it would probably take a week or two for her to walk on her foot. He had me set her down to see if she would stand and she took off running out the door. Nothing slows my girls down. She was running with the cast on. Anyways, we were so excited to get it off and see that cute leg I have missed so much. The most exciting part of the whole thing was giving her the two longest baths that day she has ever had after 5 weeks of sponge baths.
The picture of Avery is just her looking cute while she waited for her sister.

Silly Songs!!!

So most people who read my blog know that my dad passed away almost 6 yrs. ago from cancer.(Janille, this reminds me of one of your posts.) Anyways, I think about him daily and miss him so so so much. It is so hard on me that my kids are not growing up around there grandpa Kaiser. We talk about him all the time and look at pictures alot. Avery tells people that her grandpa Kaiser lives in Heaven with Heavenly Father and Jesus and watches her to make sure she is safe. She woke up the other morning and told Tyler that grandpa Kaiser sang her some silly songs while she was sleeping. I thought it was so cute that she was thinking about him, but left it at that. Well, she woke up again yesterday and had the biggest smile on her face and said "Grandpa Kaiser was singing me some silly songs last night", then she started singing it to me. I had never heard the song before. I just loved that. I miss my dad so much, that that kind of stuff just makes me so happy. It reminds me of the day after he died. My little sister Cassidy was 3 yrs old when he died, same age as Avery now. I was outside with her and she looked up and said "Look, theres daddy up there." She was smiling and waving to him. Then her smile left and she said, "He is gone again." It is just amazing what these sweet little kids are able to witness these things that we can't at older ages.

My Mothers Day!

I had a great Mothers Day. I love my family so much, and am so proud to be a mommy to my beautiful little girls. I have the best husband too. He let me sleep in on Sunday morning, but Avery was too excited for that. She kept running in saying Happy Mothers Day mommy, come see your cards. That happened several times so ofcourse I had to get up. Avery hid my cards, LIKE THE EASTER BUNNY... I loved my cards. It was fun this year because Avery wrote mom on the enevelopes all by herself and wrote her name and Adisons all by herself on the inside. I love her so much. They got me some beautiful roses. There is another gift on the way Tyler said. HMMMM, what could it be? House, car, shopping spree??? I am kidding.
That afternoon we had dinner at my in-laws. My step-mom and 2 sisters were able to come. It was so yummy. BBQ chicken is my favorite. My father in-law has the best BBQs. Lucky for me, Tyler seems to be taking after him on the BBQ. Kevin and Kristen have a Wii, so after dinner we all played. American Idol of all games, I can't sing, and them Mario cart, that was so fun. I challenge Kristen to another game. It was a great day.
I do want to Thank all 3 of my moms for being such great mothers and examples to me. They have all taught me so much. I am lucky to have a great mom, step-mom, and mother in law.
I do have to brag about my little Avery Lynne. She is so smart. I am a litte bias. We were sitting at dinner and Avery spelled her name. She has been doing that for a while. Then she spelled mom, and then spelled Adison. All on her own. She can write all of those things to. I am so proud of her. I love my girls.

P.S. Sorry no pictures. Don't laugh at me Janille. Yes, my camera card is still FULL!!!!!!!!

My husband is PSYCHIC!!!!!

My husband is psychic, well close!! Sometimes we go grocery shopping together and last night was one of those nights. I get everything out of the cart and Tyler throws out his famous "Ok, how much did we spend?" He throws out a few amounts and then settles on his final amount. I give mine. We both watch the little screen waiting to see who was closest. I don't know how he does it. He was only .17 cents off. The rest of the night I was reminded of how AWESOME he was. Yes honey, you are Awesome and I love you, but don't you worry, I will win next time.
